Chris Kelly
Founder and CEO
Barclay Breland Family Office is the result of Chris’ passion to help families and pay it forward. At BBFO he helps families define their core values and then works with the families’ advisors to ensure those values are reflected in their planning. BBFO grew out of Chris’ experience with the doctors at John’s Hopkins Medical Center in 2003. Chris’ vision was to create a wealth management firm, which cared for clients’ wealth-care in the same way as the doctors cared for their patients’ healthcare. This vision came to fruition with the creation of Wealth Management of Palm Beach, the predecessor to BBFO. It was at WMPB that Chris refined his vision and developed the business plan for BBFO.
Chris started in the investment industry in 1995 as a Certified Financial Manager for Merrill Lynch’s Private Client Group and Bank of America’s Investment Services, providing investment strategies to high net worth clients. He is originally from Ocean City, Maryland and moved to Florida in 1996. Chris is married to his wife, Emily, and has two children, William and Breland. He enjoys golf, fishing and hunting.

Lisa serves as the Client Relations Manager at Barclay Breland Family Office. She has a diverse background in the financial services industry. She began her career at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Her experience includes several years of client servicing, business development, compliance and managing relationships with prominent business partners. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

William graduated from FAU in 2023 and has been working closely with Barclay Breland since 2022 compiling marketing resources after working in the boating industry for 6 years. When William is not working, he enjoys spending his time fishing.

Sullivan acts as the head of Human Resources at Barclay Breland Family Office. Sully ensures the office is a great place to work and be productive. Sully is an English Cream Golden Retriever born in Jupiter, Florida and when he's not working, he enjoys swimming in the pool and at the sandbar.
